December Locals Clinic– It’s Your Choice! Alpine, Telemark or Snowboarding

We’ve listened to your and are pleased to offer a flexible program that can be tailored to fit your busy life. You pick a day and a time, and for three consecutive weeks you can choose to either have private coaching with your favorite instructor or share the cost with a group of friends who ski at your level. You also have the option of Snowboard, Telemark or Alpine clinics. It’s your choice. Each week you will meet your instructor on the same day and at the same time and train for two hours. If you have ever looked at the cost of private ski lessons, you will agree that this is the bargain of the half-century at Taos Ski Valley. A two-hour private lesson is $ 250 this season. For only $ 250 we are offering you six hours with your own instructor. What a great deal! This program begins November 30 through December 20. You don’t have to have a favorite instructor to participate in this program. Tell us at what level you ski and what you are most interested in learning and we will be happy to arrange for an instructor who fits your needs. The coaching fee is $ 250 Lift ticket is purchased separately.

Does your schedule allow you to ski mid-week? If your answer is “Yes,” you won’t want to pass up this special clinic. Experience Taos at its best, uncrowded and unspoiled. Make new friends who like to ski as much as you do. Classes meet on Strawberry Hill at 12:45 PM. This lesson package includes six 2 1/2-hour lessons (1:00 – 3:30 PM). Our Locals Clinics are designed for participants at  ALL LEVELS. Clinics meet on Strawberry Hill.

Taos Ski Valley 2008-2009 Juniors Local Skiers' & Riders' Clinic

New For 2009 will be the Snowboarding Shredders at Taos  This program is oriented toward local children that want to improve their abilities to snowboard, or learn to snowboard for the first time.  The advanced tiders will ride on a variety of the famous Taos Terrain, go into the Terrain Park and learn the latest snowboarding news. 

The focus of our Shredders Junior Locals Clinic  The focus of our Shredders Junior Locals Clinic is on learning skiing fundamentals, skiing varied terrain and conditions, and most importantly having fun. Because our Junior Locals Clinics are taught through our nationally recognized Children’s Ski School, we are pleased to offer the program to skiers of all levels ages 3 through 15 years. Each day’s program includes a morning and afternoon lesson and lunch as well as a free lift ticket and free rental equipment.

The 2009 Shredders profram will be a 5-week program,  with an option to purchase extension days on other specified weeks (see below). Children skiing on extension days will be incorporated into daily Junior Elite lessons. Only Shredders participants will be eligible for this special discounted product! New this season, we offer a $30 incentive for registering early-$300 through January 5^th 2009 and $330 thereafter.
