January Ski Week Special

Starting January 4th the ski weeks for the rest of January are $90. From Sunday through Friday, top instructors work with you for two hours each morning. Evening tech talks and discussions of biomechanics and ski psychology immerse you in a total ski experience. The price covers the lessons only you must purchase a six-day lift ticket, have a season pass or a Taos Card.

Want to be a ski instructor? Don’t know where to start? Start with the Ernie Blake Ski School’s Ski Instructor Academy. In our three-day course you will receive training from examiners with the PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) who are also skilled ski instructors with the Ernie Blake Ski School. The focus for this three-day event is on skiing fundamentals and communication skills. Learn about the philosophy of the Ernie Blake Ski School, one of America’s best ski schools, and how we share our passion for snowsports with our guests. You will learn what makes a good lesson and spend time on the hill practicing your skiing demonstrations as well as your presentation of modern ski technique.
